Reporting to the General Manager: Client Services, the CareLink Support Officer provides ongoing administration, maintenance and training of the Tipping Foundation’s client management system, CareLink+.
In addition to providing Helpdesk support on CareLink+ queries across the Tipping Foundation’s network of 1000 staff, the role will also partner with managers across Client Services to develop CareLink+ solutions to support the evolving needs of the Tipping Foundation in readiness of the full roll out of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The role will also provide training on CareLink+ functionality to relevant staff which will include travel to other sites from time to time.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strong communicator with demonstrable experience in a similar role with a heavy preference for experience with CareLink+.
This is a full-time role based at the Carnegie Head Office.
