Carelink Support Officer

The RoleReporting to the General Manager: Client Services, the CareLink Support Officer provides ongoing administration, maintenance and training of the Tipping Foundation’s client management system, CareLink+.In addition to providing Helpdesk support on CareLink+ queries across the Tipping Foundation’s network of 1000 staff, the role will also partner with managers across Client Services to develop CareLink+ solutions to support the evolving needs of the Tipping Foundation in readiness of the full roll out of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Role
